MOON VILLAS

• Early check-in is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.

• Unless early check-in has been confirmed, please do not arrive before the standard check-in time, as there is no reception or waiting area at the property.

• If you arrive early, you may drop off your luggage with our staff and explore the area while your villa is being prepared.

• Our team will notify you as soon as your villa is ready for check-in.

• Late check-out is subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.

• Staying beyond your standard or approved check-out time without prior confirmation will incur a late check-out fee of IDR 500,000 per hour, or IDR 1,000,000 per hour for Luna Mar Villa.

• If you need to stay significantly later, we recommend booking an additional night.

• Alternatively, you may leave your luggage with our staff and collect it later.

• All room keys must be returned at check-out. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a replacement fee.

• Upon Arrival: A cash-only security deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required, Equivalent amounts in foreign currency are also accepted.

• Please note that reservations consisting of 3 or more villas are subject to a refundable security deposit of IDR 3.000.000 or $ 200.

• The deposit will be fully refunded in cash at check-out, after a room inspection.

• Important: Check-in cannot be completed without this deposit.

• Long Stays: please see refer to your signed contract

To help us keep the villas fresh and comfortable for all guests:

• Smoking, vaping, or similar activities (including hookah/shisha) are not permitted indoors, such as in bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, or living areas.

• A minimum cleaning fee of IDR 2,000,000 will apply for each violation to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

• Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas where an ashtray is provided.

• Cleaning is available daily between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM by request.

• Requests made after 5:00 PM will be scheduled for the following day.

• Fresh towels are available if you miss the cleaning service.

• Linen is changed every 3 days. Additional fee applies outside this schedule.

• Using third-party vendors for pool,  room decorations, or similar setups must require written approval and may incur a cleaning fee.

• For Monthly - Long Stays: please refer to your signed contract.

Minimum age is 13 years old. Guests aged 13 and above are considered adults.

Our villas are not designed for children under 13 due to pools, stairs, and other facilities.

If arriving with a child under 13, check-in cannot proceed unless the registered guest signs a waiver acknowledging that Moon Villas is not liable for the child’s safety.

An additional guest fee of IDR 600,000 per child applies if the villa’s maximum occupancy is exceeded.

• Please help us protect our linens and furniture from permanent stains:

• Fresh tattoos or hair dye must be fully covered before contact with bedding or furniture.

• Food is not permitted on beds.

• Permanently stained or damaged linens and upholstery will be charged at replacement cost.

• If needed, please ask our staff for used linens to protect bedding or furniture.

• Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the villa’s maximum occupancy.

• Visitors: All visitors must be registered with Moon Villas and show a valid ID before entering the property. Unregistered visitors or visitors without valid ID will not be allowed entry.

• Overnight Visitors: Visitors staying after 11:00 PM are considered overnight guests and will be charged IDR 600,000 per person per night, or IDR 1,000,000 per person per night for Luna Mar Villa.

• Maximum occupancy still applies, even if the extra guest fee is paid.

• Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited at all times. Guests who wish to celebrate special occasions are kindly encouraged to visit nearby restaurants, beach clubs, or event venues that are designed to accommodate such activities. Our villa is intended solely as a private residence and a place to rest and relax.

• Serious or repeated violations may result in additional charges, deduction from the security deposit, or immediate termination of the stay without refund.

• Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property.

• The registered guest is responsible for ensuring that their visitors do not bring pets onto the property.

• A penalty of IDR 15,000,000 applies to any violation of this policy.

• Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, comfortable, and allergy-safe environment for all guests.

For everyone’s safety and comfort:

• No diving, speakers, glassware, or food in the pool area.

• Proper swimwear is required. Regular clothing and nudity are not permitted.

• Please use pool towels on sun loungers to prevent stains.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

• Floating breakfast in the shared pool is limited to 90 minutes. Please notify our staff immediately if food or utensils fall into the pool.

• Any fecal contamination of the pool will incur an IDR 100,000,000 cleaning and treatment fee.

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables during their stay.

• Please keep valuables in the in-room safe box.

• Moon Villas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

• Do not move, rearrange, alter, or remove any furniture, artwork, decorations, or fixtures.

• If you need anything moved, please contact our team. Do not move items yourself.

• Unauthorized changes to the property setup are a violation of our House Rules and may incur a reset/restoration fee.

• Any damage caused will be charged separately.

• Personal photos and videos are welcome for non-commercial use.

• Professional or commercial shoots, including influencer/brand content, external crews, models, or professional equipment, require written approval at least 24 hours in advance.

• Approved commercial shoots are charged IDR 2,000,000 per 2 hours.

• Drone use requires prior written approval.

• Unauthorized commercial shoots or drone use may be stopped immediately and may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund.

• Bali has a tropical climate, and occasional insects, geckos, or other small wildlife may enter or appear around the property despite regular cleaning and pest control.

• Their occasional presence is a normal part of Bali’s tropical environment and is not considered a property defect or grounds for a refund.

• If you notice anything that requires attention, please inform our team so we can assist promptly.
