• Children: Our property is not designed for families. The minimum check-in age is 13 years, and guests aged 13 and above are counted as adults for pricing purposes. As the interior design is not child-safe, you will be required to sign a waiver and agreement upon arrival, stating that you are responsible for their safety during your stay. A security deposit of IDR 2,000,000 is required upon check-in.

• Pets: No pets or animals are allowed.

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM (luggage drop-off available earlier).

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
