Guest Information
Housekeeping &
Laundry
Housekeeping is available daily from 10 AM to 5 PM and must be requested in advance.
As part of our eco-friendly program, bed linens are changed every 3 days. Daily linen changes are available for an additional fee.
Laundry service is not available on-site. You can easily find nearby laundry services on Google Maps, and many also offer pick-up and delivery.
Local Transportation
Traffic routes for cars have recently changed in the area. For getting around nearby places, we recommend using a motorbike/scooter or a ride-hailing app such as Grab or Gojek.
There are many shortcuts around Umalas that are only accessible by motorbike/scooter, which can save you a lot of travel time.
Traveling by car is not recommended for nearby places unless you’re going somewhere further away or when it’s raining.
Breakfast &
Groceries
Breakfast is not available at our property. However, there are plenty of nearby cafés and restaurants for breakfast, such as Revolver Umalas, Dua Umalas, Tiflis, Kama Warung, Bucu, and more.
You can also cook your own meals in the villa. Groceries are available nearby at Alive Wholefoods Umalas, Mini Deli, Pepito Express Umalas, Pepito Market Semer, etc.
For food delivery, you can easily order through GrabFood or GoFood apps.
House Rules
Smoking Policy
Smoking (including cigarettes, vapes, shisha, hookah, and IQOS) is strictly prohibited indoors.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (terrace/porch or pool area) where ashtrays are provided.
Any violation will incur a cleaning and deodorizing charge of IDR 2,000,000,-
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time to respect our neighbors and other guests.
Any extra guests must leave the property by 11 PM, except for medical or emergency purposes. Otherwise, an extra guest fee of IDR 600,000 per person, per incident will apply.
If you’re booking an in-villa service such as a massage or spa treatment, please arrange it before quiet hours.
Parties & Gathering
Parties, events, or any type of group gathering are strictly prohibited at our property. Please arrange an outside venue if you are planning any group activities.
The number of guests at the villa must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in your booking. Any additional guests must leave the property, otherwise an extra guest fee of IDR 600,000 per person, per incident will apply.
We also reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if the rules continue to be violated after a warning, especially if we receive complaints from our neighbors.

Check-out time
Check-out before 11:00
Please check out on time to avoid extra charges.
Late check-out
Late check-out is subject to availability, advance request a night before check-out is required.
Unlike hotels with many rooms, we only have one villa per type. Late check-out depends on availability, as our team needs ample time for deep cleaning and maintenance checks before the next guests arrive.
Late check-out fee
Late check-out after 11 AM: IDR 500,000/hour, or IDR 1,000,000/hour for LunaMar Villa.
If you have a late flight, we suggest to book extra night or you can leave your luggage with our staff and pick it up later.
